I help busy people frustrated with emotional eating to lose weight and keep it off
It is frustrating trying different diets, but the weight always going back on. It can feel like you're destined to be overweight.

It doesn’t have to be like that.

You can find freedom from emotional eating and lose weight for good

Well-meaning people might say ‘just eat less’. Other people don’t get it.

I was overweight from age 5 and yo-yo dieted my way through my teens and twenties. I had 5 sizes of clothes in my wardrobe.
  • Every time you lose weight, you hope it will be the last time, but the weight goes back on.
  • It is confusing knowing you should be full but still eating too much and then feeling guilty and ashamed. It feels out of control.
  • Having food and weight constantly on your mind is exhausting.
  • You want to change, and know what you should do, but are frustrated as you can’t seem to do it.
I can help you to take control of your weight

I am a BACP Registered Counsellor, trained Health Coach and scientific expert in improving health behaviours. I have 17 years’ experience, including as Senior Scientist at the University of Cambridge Centre for Diet and Activity Research. I have helped thousands of people improve their health behaviours. Using this experience, and that of escaping the rollercoaster of emotional eating myself, I developed a unique 6-step system which allows you to free your mind and body from obsession with food. This means you can be naturally slim without always being on a diet.

  • Discover the hidden reasons that trigger you to eat and stop you from losing weight.
  • Get control over food with our unique 6-step system to fight emotional eating and lose weight for good.
  • Lose weight naturally while retraining your mind not to put it back on.
Make sure weight loss lasts:

"Kirsten supported me through a really difficult time when I was using binge-eating to avoid feelings around a relatively new diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. My binge-eating had a seriously negative impact on my mental health, self-esteem and relationships. With Kirsten’s help and expertise, I finally have my life back and it changed my life. I cannot thank her enough and fully recommend her services. Thank you Kirsten."
