Our agreement concerns individual therapy which combines counselling and coaching, this is a working alliance in which we both have responsibilities. The purpose of counselling is to deepen your understanding of yourself and your responses, to support you in resolving difficulties. Coaching is designed to facilitate the development of health goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals. The combination of counselling and coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize health, wellbeing, and life potential. To aid this process we should both commit ourselves to working together with respect and openness. If, at any time, there is anything that either of us needs to enquire about, discuss, or renegotiate it is important to state this as soon as possible.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. If you have any questions, please email (kirsten@drkirstenkeighley.com) or telephone (+44(0)7592 125077). If you would like any changes to these terms and conditions, please request these in writing.
